Zach concentrates his practice on subrogation claims arising out of large property losses. Zach has significant experience investigating and litigating subrogation claims throughout the country. His work was instrumental in helping to recover millions of dollars in subrogation losses arising out of the Texas Power Grid Crisis in 2021. In addition to subrogation, Zach has extensive experience litigating a diverse range of products liability, construction defect and professional liability claims.

Zach prides himself on his ability to assess each case independently and to provide his clients with recommendations and strategies tailored to the unique facts of the case and the range of potential outcomes and risks presented.

Zach earned his undergraduate degree from Lebanon Valley College. He earned his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012. Zach is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

When not practicing law, he enjoys playing golf and other sports, cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
