Anthony W. Ziccardi, Esquire handles the litigation of large property subrogation matters. Anthony joins Gaul & Associates, P.C. after practicing ten years at a prominent Bucks County litigation law firm. He brings with him substantial litigation and first chair jury trial experience in Pennsylvania having taken complex civil litigation cases to verdict in the fields of personal injury and subrogation. He has represented several national insurance carriers in a diverse range of subrogation matters often involving damages in excess of $1,000,000.00. Of note, he successfully obtained a substantial jury verdict in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas and a substantial premises liability jury verdict in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas which were published in “The Legal Intelligencer” and “Verdict.”
Mr. Ziccardi graduated in 1989 from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in January 1996 in which he participated in an accelerated graduation program. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ziccardi worked as an independent claims adjuster for approximately six years. He is admitted to the state and federal bars of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has been admitted pro hac vice in the states of New Jersey, New York and Vermont. He currently resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife, Renee, and their two children.
